TERMS & CONDITIONS

Appointments need to be made within 2-3 weeks of service.

​

PAYMENT:  The Person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed this booking contract. The booking contract will be sent to person(s) responsible for booking the appointment.

​

There is a $100 non-refundable booking fee with contract to reserve your wedding date. Wedding parties under $100 in total will not require deposit. 

​

An invoice of your complete total will be presented to you via email or direct message. Payment of booking fee must be made within 72 hours of receiving your invoice using PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Card or Cash. 


The rest of the bride’s payment & payment for the bridal party is due the day of service(s). Payment for the trial run is due at the time of service.

No checks.  There are absolutely NO REFUNDS.

CANCELATION POLICY: Cancelations are to be made up to 14 days after the original booking date for your reserved date or you will be billed the full amount of services agreed upon in this contract.  All retainer fees paid are non-refundable. If a member of your bridal party decides to no longer receive services, and it is after the 30 day cut off, the price of the services will remain contracted for payment.

DELAYS: A late fee of $20.00 will be charged for every 30 minutes of delay when a client is late for a scheduled time or if scheduled makeup services exceeds allotted time because of client delays.

​

PARKING FEE: Any parking, valet, or toll fees must be paid by client, if applicable.

​

TRAVEL FEE: Basic travel is included within 35 minutes of the the artist’s base location (Columbia SC).  If your location exceeds 35 miles, there will be an additional fee, to be determined by artist and based off of current gas prices ($25/ Hour needed to drive).

SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS: Please have a clean washed and moisturized face prior to makeup application. Ensure location temperature is no warmer than 73 degrees so makeup will set correctly, also please ensure that there will be appropriate lighting available at location of service. Chair and table will be provided by your artist.

LIABILITY:  All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary.  All products are sanitized between every makeup application. Disposable applicators will primarily be used during your session, all brushes are washed with Dawn prior to your session. Any skin conditions or sensitivities of the client(s) should be reported to the Makeup Artist prior to application, and if needed, a sample test of makeup may be performed on skin.

​I ask for 5 minutes in between each client to clean my work areas, wash my hands, and sanitize my kit.

​

Please do not eat or drink anything during your application.

​

THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:  If the Makeup Artist feels uncomfortable, threatened, or verbally abused in any way, she will have the right to leave the premises without completing services without refund.  If the artist feels that the client has any open facial wounds or a skin condition that could be infected or unsanitary, she has the right to refuse service to that client.
